OHTIC SOLUTIONS SL will not be responsible for any error, inaccuracy or irregularity that advertising content or that of sponsors on this website may contain.

OHTIC SOLUTIONS SL reserves the right to make any modifications it deems appropriate, without prior notice, to the content of its website, both as regards the contents and the terms of use or the general terms and conditions of contracting. Such modifications may be made, through its websites, in any manner admissible by law and shall be binding for as long as they are published on the website and until they are validly modified by subsequent ones.

The intellectual and industrial property rights arising from all texts, images, as well as the means and forms of presentation and assembly of its pages belong, in their own right or as assignee, to OHTIC SOLUTIONS SL.

They are therefore works protected by intellectual property law under the Spanish legal system and both Spanish and European Union regulations in this field may be applied to them, as well as international treaties relating to the subject matter and signed by Spain, including Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996, last updated 30/03/2023.

The relationship between users and OHTIC SOLUTIONS SL shall be governed by the current Spanish legislation, and the courts of the Judicial District of BARCELONA shall have jurisdiction to decide on any dispute that may arise between the user and OHTIC SOLUTIONS SL.

7. Privacy Policy and Data Processing

In accordance with the provisions of GDPR-EU-2016/679, Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, Law 34/2002 (last updated on 09/05/2023) on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, and Law 11/2022, General Telecommunications Law, OHTIC SOLUTIONS SL informs users of its websites that it is obliged to maintain professional secrecy regarding the personal data collected by the entity through the registration or contact forms on its pages.
